Where in the world to find me

Sometimes people like to know where they might meet up with me.
Maybe they'd like to take a class. Maybe they'd like to say "Hi" in person. Or maybe they're just curious.

Here is a schedule of my upcoming travels and events. It will get updates as events get confirmed on my calendar.

Creative Crafts Show: Esher, Surrey, England
19 through 21 January 2012, Sandown Park
Here's a new and interesting development: I'll be joining my friend Joan and the FLEWS group at the Creative Crafts show in Esher! This will be my first time at this show, and I'll be there with a suitcase full of spindles and silks -- and plan to teach spinning to anyone who hesitates long enough to talk with me. Shall we meet?? ...For more information on FLEWS, click here. For more information on the show itself, click here.

Stitch and Craft Show: London, England
15 through 18 March 2012, Olympia 2
The Braidmakers' Workshop (including me!) will once again be attending the Stitch and Craft show in London. This show is the only major European craft show of the springtime, and it's great fun. Stop by to see us, chat a while, and learn a new braid. In the show's workshop area, I'll be teaching three classes: Old Stash - New Yarns, Silk and Spindle, and a brand-new class, Spinning Mawata. Braids 2012: Manchester, England
19 through 25 August 2012, Manchester Metropolitan University
This major international braiding conference is hosted by The Braid Society and features workshops in kumihimo, weaving, loop-manipulated braids, ply-splitting, tablet weaving and more. I'll be there as an attendee. :-) For more information, visit braidsociety.com and follow the link for Braids2012.
